The Eolfi team consists of 115 staff located in Europe and in the USA, with offices in Paris, Athens, Warsaw and Seattle. We apply our extensive skills and experience to cover all aspects of technical, legal, financial and commercial expertise related to wind and solar power. Today, Eolfi ranks among the leading European specialists in renewable energy production.

Stage contrôle de gestion - Energies renouvelables

Role description:
-Participer à la mise en place de l'ERP (module : Achat, Reporting, Financement)
-Assistant administrateur de logiciel Comptable Contrôle de gestion-Achat
-Gestions des projets : analyse, suivi des coûts de développement, construction, exploitation
-Reprise des données historiques dans l'ERP
-Audit de performance comptable et création des procédures.

Profil :
Rigueur, professionnalisme, bonne organisation, bonne aptitude au travail en équipe, bonne maîtrise informatique

Internship - Finance management

Where : Paris
Period : 6 months minimum
When : immediately

Working directly under the COO's supervision the incumbent's responsibility will be to take ownership of cross functional issues/projects through completion.

The work can be divided in three main themes

1/ Fix issues, large and small. recent examples of issues that would have been given to this person include:

a. Be central point of contact with investment banker on a sale process of some of our wind parks
b. Determine an optimal risk/return mix for our new income fund, to present to our potential partner
c. Define the accounting impact on our 5 year BP of our new US fund
d. Setup and track our cash flow emergency actions , day by day through resolution
e. Coordination of our office move
f. Do simulations and come up with a recommendation of how to incentivize and pay our Greek partners

2/ Build capabilities. Some examples:
a. Define and manage the integration plan of our recent acquisition in the US
b. Head the process task force, which is defining and creating all our major processes
c. Be the liaison to our Greek office, dispatching tasks through the Paris office to ensure quick responses to their needs
d. Lead the sharepoint implementation project
e. Best practice sharing: understanding the Greek and US practices and rolling out BP across the org
f. Rolling out and adapting our HR system, including development reviews
g. Reviewing, together with the PA, Eolfi's governance mechanisms, meeting schedule and preparations to those

3/ Grow the business
a. Be the main interface with our investment bankers on M&A opportunites (review, analysis). We look at one per Q approx.
b. Ad hoc market opportunity analysis (Chili, Bulgaria, Solar...)

Profile :
MBA level, with high potential for personal growth. International background required (through educational, citizenship and or languages) and a demonstrated ability to work in different cultures and environments. Bilingual English and French required; other languages a plus. Key skills required: great communication and organization skills. Ability to work through and influence others. Drive for results & attention to details. Ability to think strategically and deliver on deadlines. Ability to work in a multi project mode.
