Permitted projects are retained by Eolfi and constructed for its own account or sold to third parties. As of December 31st 2009, Eolfi had a probability weighted portfolio of wind power projects of 3.0GW, predominantly located in the US (70%) and in Poland (20%). The Company also had a weighted portfolio of solar projects of 102MWp.
Development
Eolfi develops wind and solar projects for its own account, on behalf of third party investors and in partnership with municipal planning authorities. We manage all the development steps - land control, feasibility studies, technical analysis, permitting, grid connection, feed-in tariffs or power purchase agreements - which lead to fully permitted projects.
