Permanent Portfolio Manager France Solar & Greece / Permanent Portfolio Manager France Wind & Poland

Place: Paris
Languages: Fluent in English, French, Polish and/or Greek a plus

Reporting to Group COO, this new role has been setup to further channel the profitable growth of this fast moving company. As a key member of the development team, you will accompany the projects developed in all European geographies, from cradle to grave, ensuring optimized decisions and increased profitability.

Job Description :
The candidate will assist the heads of development of each market to maximize the profitability of each project. Effectively, the PFM will act as the "shareholder representative" in each project. This will include:

• Defining technical strategy, ie choice of technology and suppliers, together with Dev directors and Technical head
• Participating in monthly project reviews
• Ensure that the pipeline reporting from the dev teams is accurate and timely
• Review the pipeline on a monthly basis to ensure we are actively identifying new opportunities and moving forward existing ones. If this is not the case, identify the root causes and fix them
• Tracking project expenses and looking for optimization
• Tracking project expected profitability and assessing project prioritization at European level, making recommendations
• Tracking expected timelines of projects and understanding the impact of any delay
• Supporting the development team in bid/tender situations
• Actively maintain a network of potential investors for our projects
• Leading the project disposal process when we define it is needed, up to financial close of the transaction

In this role, the PFM will work closely with the COO, the Development heads of each BU, the project managers, Technical director, CFO, Control team and Legal team of Eolfi. It is a very broad and critical role that requires an ability to prioritize, convince and deliver on expectations.

Profil :
Engineering or Business degree, with 5 to 10 years of experience.
Some experience in negotiations, deal making, financial structuring and financial modelling required.
Experience in renewable development business or real estate promoter is a real plus.
High ethics, integrity and business judgement;
Personal traits: Ability to work through others and influence. Strong teamwork and communication skills (oral and written), strong analytical skills and a passion for excellence.
